Refund/Return policy
Refund method
Mobile Audio Network, at its sole discretion, may accept the return of standard Goods, after Mobile Audio Network has inspected the Goods for merchantable condition. On such acceptance, Mobile Audio Network reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the price on Goods returned (or such fee as otherwise agreed by Mobile Audio Network), provided that the Goods returned are in merchantable condition according to Mobile Audio Network’s standards. Buyer is responsible for all refund and return shipping charges.
Return window
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty
Warranty items may be replaced with comparable B-Stock items. If you need to return an item, please contact the OEM Manufacturer with your order details about the product you would like to return. They will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. In the issue of a warranty claim, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Buyer pays for shipping the item back before the replacement will be shipped at Mobile Audio Network’s discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges of warranty replacement.
*All sales are final on B-Stock and Discontinued parts and products.
*Excluding B-Stock and Discontinued parts and products, If items are not brand new in the box, the 15 day return policy is void, we will not accept the return.
* IF THE SPEAKERS AND OR AMPLIFIERS HAVE BEEN MOUNTED, THE 15-DAY RETURN POLICY IS VOID.
Shipping
We currently only ship to the lower 48 United States. Mobile Audio Network reserves the right to select or change shipping carrier at any time. Typically items from Mobile Audio Network are shipped within three business days.
To ship some items and pick up others, customers need to place separate orders.
If customer selects pick up all items will need to be picked up
Not all items are available for immediate pickup. All orders for pick will be held until the order is completed in full. Once the order is complete the customer will be notified that the order is ready to be picked up and will have 10 business days to pick up the order or will be considered abandoned. Orders not picked up within 10 business days without prior authorization will be considered abandoned. Not all Abandoned items will be refundable and may be subject to up to a 50% service, Transaction, and restocking fee.
Mobile Audio Network will inform customers when order is ready for pickup. Notifications will be made via supplied E-mail associated with order make sure that you check your spam folder regularly.
Due to manufacturer availability Mobile Audio Network reserves the right to substitute items with “like equivalent”.
